Completion of the form below makes your child eligible for enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year (if they meet the age guidelines). The school year begins Tuesday, September 8.
We will contact you no later than August 13 if your child is a fit for the program. Otherwise, your child will remain on the waiting list for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years old before starting school
* Regular Attendance
* ASQ-3 Assessment
PARENT REQUIREMENTS
* Enrollment in our Family Success Coaching Program with a minimum of 4 meetings with our Family Success Coach over the course of the school year.
* Participation in at least one Parent Education Meeting.
* ASQ-3 Assessment review with Lead Teacher.
* Parent/Teacher Conference(s)
* Homework and/or activities at home with student(s)
* Participation Fee: $25 due at registration and $25 due no later than February 1, 2027
