Completion of the form below makes your child eligible for enrollment for the remainder of the 2025/2026 (if they meet the age guidelines). School is already in session, but we will sometimes have spaces become available. If this happens, we will look over the list of those who have completed this Interest Form to fill spots.
2025/2026 Preschool Interest Form & Waiting List
If a spot becomes available, we will contact you if your child is a fit for the program. Otherwise, your child will remain on the waiting list for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
* AM Class (8:30-11:00am) - 4 years old (before starting school)
* PM Class (12:00-2:00pm) - 3 years old (before starting school)
* Regular Attendance
* ASQ-3 Assessment
PARENT REQUIREMENTS
* Enrollment in our Family Success Coaching Program with a minimum of 4 meetings with our Family Success Coach over the course of the school year.
* Participation in at least one Parent Education Meeting.
* ASQ-3 Assessment review with Lead Teacher.
* Parent/Teacher Conference(s)
* Homework and/or activities at home with student(s)
* Participation Fee: $25 due at registration and $25 due no later than February 1, 2026
