Atheltic Performance Training
Between seasons? Need to get in shape for your spring sport? 
Let our certified speed and strength specialist, Deonna Tack, get you ready
for the best season of your life!

This class will focus on speed, agility, and proper weight-lifting technique.

Ages: 13+ (Not recommended for beginners)
Times: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 
Fee: $50 per person
Location: Recreation Center
