Want to be a scientist?  Come join us and learn some cool experiments during our FULL STEAM AHEAD SCIENCE WEEK!  **Pre-registration required; no drop-ins allowed.

July 8-12, 2024
1:00-2:00pm

Monday:  Marshmallow Tower (Chevron STEAM Room, Rec Center) 
Tuesday:  Slime Time (Chevron STEAM Room, Rec Center) 
Wednesday:  Planetary Puzzle (Chevron STEAM Room, Rec Center) 
Thursday:  Nature Scavenger (Taft Community Garden)
Friday:  Volcano Eruption (Oil Field Pavilion, Rec Center)

Ages:  6-13 years
**ages 5 and younger with a supervising adult; call us or come in to help you register!**
Location:  Locations Vary
Registration Deadline:  Sunday, July 7
Fee:  $10 per day or $40 for the week



Limited STOP Scholarship funds are available.
Application deadline:  Monday, July 1
STOP Application - Science Week
1.  If interested, please submit an application by clicking the link below.
2.  We will contact you with the status of your application within 3 business days of submission.
3.  Approval must be given in advance and prior to registration; we are unable to reimburse you if you choose to register and pay in full before we have reviewed your application.
4.  A maximum of $20 per participant will be granted for this activity.
