When:  Tuesday Evenings
Time:  5:00-7:00pm
Session:  July 11 - August 15
Location:  West Side Lanes - Recreation Center
Registration Deadline:  Sunday, July 9
Fee:  $30 per person

1.  If interested, please submit application at the link above.  Please let us know if you need assistance obtaining the application in a different format.
2.  We will contact you with the status of your application within 5 business days of submission.  
3.  Approval must be given in advance and prior to registration; we are unable to reimburse you if you choose to register and pay in full before we have reviewed your application.  
4.  STOP applications to do not guarantee a spot in the activity; complete your request as soon as possible for programs that may have limited enrollment.
5.  Once your application has been approved, you must complete registration by the Wednesday, May 24 deadline or your child may not be able to participate.
