Fee: $30 per child

2. We will contact you with the status of your application within 5 business days of submission.
3. A maximum of $15 is available to assist in registration costs.
4. Final registration and payment must be completed no later than the Thursday, September 26 deadline. Participation is not guaranteed if registration is not completed by the deadline.
