Join us for cardio dance to praise music, as well as resistance training to trim and tone.  Increase your stamina and improve your overall health!

When:  Tuesday and/or Thursday Evenings
Time:  7:00-8:00pm
Where:  Community Center Assembly Room
Instructor:  Jada Self
Fee:  $35 per month

Classes operate on an ongoing, monthly basis and are subject to cancellation if student minimums aren't met.
